Hello, Happy  Monday!!  

Today I am sharing my cards for this week's  new challenge over on my challenge blog

Love to Create Challenges

Our theme for this week's challenge is 

White on White with a Splash of Green 

We have two fabulous sponsors this week Sassy Studio Designs,  and Fresh Brewed Designs 

 Both sponsors are offering fabulous prize to our winners!

Of course I loved both of these sponsors so I created a card using an image from each one.

First up is Merry Christmas Baby by Fresh Brewed Designs 

Such an adorable image, since I don't know anyone who I know is having a baby or a little one's first Christmas, I created this as an everyday occasion card. Swirl embossing folder for background, against New Leaf Papertrey Ink card stock, using oval die cut for my image and the layered onto a Label 10 die. 

I wanted the splash of green to be only with my card stock and twine, so I simply added Sparkly Sweet Ultrafine  glitter to the polka dots and hat then added Sparkly white fluff for the hat band and ball..

To finish I added sentiment from FBD Baby, it's cold outside with a button and Tim Holtz paper string.

Next is one of Sassy Studio Designs images from their December release 

Waiting For Santa 

I cropped her to just a top half image and colored her up with Copics markers, embossed back ground, Memory Box Cherish border die, Floral Ovals die and oval die used to create my card, finishing touches 

rhinestones, SU white seam binding ad a metal charm I found in my stash.

Sketch time at Love to Create Challenge

Our theme for this week's challenge is

A sketch

My first card, I created using one of Fresh Brewed's adorable image that I fell in loved with!!
Mr. Corn Mad Scientist 

Isn't he just the cutest little candy corn mad scientist ever!! I paired up a few designer 

papers from my stash for my take with our sketch, even the sentiment is from designer paper.

I love how this card is just so cute!! 

Next I also used a Sassy Studio image  Phantom of the Opera 

Boy what was I thinking, other than this image was definitely a challenge

to color as I think I used every grey and black marker I owned..

But after lots of coloring and shading and more coloring I have to say I am very 

pleased with how this turned out!!

Especially with the sketch and those gorgeous My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Halloween papers.

my flags are embossed using a Cuttlebug floral folder, sentiment is a 3D label from the MME collection 

and so are the brads.

Happy Monday, Today I am sharing my cards for this week's  new challenge over on my challenge blog

From Rick St. dennis awesome collection I chose to create with this Cool image from his Alice Collection 

Tweedlee Dee and Tweedlee Dum. 

Then from Fresh Brewed Designs I colored up one of her sweet images called Tommy in Space

Focusing on making a few more  birthday cards for my stash. Never seem to have enough for when the girls come over looking for a card for kids birthdays.

Lots of Layers at Love to Create Challenge

 Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing good!

To all my friends and family on the East Coast the path of this storm, called "Franken Storm" please be safe!

This week we are looking for "Lots of Layers"

 

Here are my two cards for the challenge showcasing two wonderful digital images from Fresh Brewed Designs!!

 

 

I first card is showcasing this adorable image called "So Thankful"

which I paired with two sentiments from PaperTrey's Year Round Pun set

Using Cheery Lynn Stackable dies for my card base and paper layers. Fall leaves cut from a MS punch and Memory Box Tender Leaves die

 

This one is Java Jill Juggling and A Five Cup Day which I am sure a few of you

can relate too as well as I can!! For my layout I followed this week's sketch at Crazy 4 Challenges.

I add some Diamond Glaze for a glossy touch to the laundry basket and computer. Papers are by Authentique Geniune collection.

Expresso Yourself

Hi There!! Happy Monday!!

WOW - the end of July is just a day away, why oh why does time fly

by so fast these days? In just 15 more days and Hunter will be back in school!!

This summer break is almost over for him and I will be the proud grandma

to a 7th grader!! Oh my!!!

Today's card is my DT card for Love to Create Challenges

This week we have the wonderful images from Fresh Brewed Designs

to create with and let me say Heather has some fabulous designs in her store!!

If you haven't been by to check all the new images she has been releasing then you will definitely want to go take a peek!

Our challenge this week is to "Add a Tag" to your creation

I love this Latte Cup and decided to do a little paper piecing with it!

Basci Grey papers, digital checks paper and embossing folder and it just

all came together for this super sweet card! Sentiment was computer generated and then printed

on to digital paper.
