I definitely had some fun playing with this cute image, pairing it
up with papers from Glitz "Sunshine in my Soul"
I hand fussy cut out the cute little sentiment collage of Congrats, Pass that
comes with this image and popped it up with dimensional dots.
Finishing off my card with a sentiment from Raindrop Echo
from the Celebrate sentiment collection
