Hello Crafty Friends and welcome to the final day of our Art by Mi Ran Debut Release!

We are celebrating the debut release of our new Art by Mi Ran Collection

For my share, I was so lucky to play with Little Witch

an adorable stamp for those sweet Halloween projects

She is definitely a beauty and so fun to color and create with!

I did fussy hand cut her out to position her on my card with a 

3D effect!

Papers are all from Echo Park The Apothecary Emporium collection.

Spellbinder dies, Memory Box dies

Color medium is Copic Markers, then I finished up with Element stickers

from EP The Apothecary Emporium collection and Sparkly gems from Want2Scrap

Spring Rain?

A Bless Sunday to you!

                          Today I am sharing a beautiful image by Marika Collins called "Spring Rain"

I had fun with this beautiful gal. My design was inspired by 

a photo I seen on Pinterest and knew it would be perfect with Spring Rain 

Polka Dot papers are digital papers I downloaded from the internet, and just 

love how using polka dots always makes your image pop just a bit more!!

Lady Bug Love

Happy Friday!!

Today I am sharing a beautiful image by Miss Rach Digis   Lady Bug Love 

you can find her here in the  Whimsy Stamp Store 

Although this sweet little gal was made for our February release 

for Valentines, I thought she would be fab as a card to send 

to a special someone just to show  your love  for a birthday, or just to 

say I thinking of you!! 

I used some fab design papers by Recollection Valentines using 

ones I thought would not be so lovey dovey and am really pleased with 

how how my layout came out, with the soft reds, beige and browns.

Love this soft combo!!

Tea Anyone?

Happy Thursday!! Only two more days till the weekend!! Whooo- ay!!!

I know silly of me to get so excited for the weekends, but I am getting 

to the point I would rather play then work!!

Today I am sharing a beautiful image by Lia Stampz for Whimsy Stamps

Lia has a new line of Vintage Girls in the Whimsy Stamp Store 

This beautiful gal is "Tea Girl"

I found some designer paper in my stash by K&Company that really 

worked great with this sweet image. She is colored with Copic markers, then I kept 

my design simple to showcase this beautiful image by adding just a touch of lace look 

with a MS border punch and some mixture of ribbon for a bow, finishing with a pearl brad that I glued on top.

My inspiration was created with Miss Rach Digi's Cupcake Pup 

Adorable image for a wee one's birthday card! I used some bright and fun papers that I actually picked up last year at Target's $1 spot along with some a small piece (Pink & White Stars) from Michael's Recollection 

pattern paper. Die cut image using a circle die and layered on to a large scallop circle. Lots of machine stitching versus layering with card stock, Twinery Twine and a button from my stash. Flag pennant were cut using Whimsy Stamps' Banner Pennants Die set smaller flag.

Sentiment is by Raindrop Echo Rubber stamp Balloon Sentiment set.

Whimsy Stamps 24 Days of Christmas

Hello everyone!!

Have you been following the Whimsy Stamps 24 Days of Christmas? WOW so many beautiful cards to celebrate the holidays!!

Every day from 1st to 24th December, a member of the design team will be sharing a brand new Whimsy holiday creation here on the Whimsy blog.  Included in these daily posts will be a LETTER.  Visit us every day, make a note of each letter and keep them safe.  Once you have collected all 24 letters, you should be able to unscramble them and make a 4 word phrase.  Email your phrase to whimsystampscontests@gmail.com by 31st December 2013, and if you've guessed correctly, you will be entered into the draw to win a fantastic GRAND PRIZE!  

But that's not all!  We will also be running some fun SPOT PRIZES throughout the entire event.  The prizes could be hidden here on the Whimsy blog or on our design team member's blogs, so be sure to leave a comment here and on our DT's blog posts each day to be in with a chance to win!

Whimsy Stamps Party Time Challenge

Hello  friends,

Our Whimsy Stamps monthly challenge for November is here and this month our theme is 

"Party Time"

Oh it time to get this party started and I have the perfect little 
guy to help us do that!!

This sweet thing is "Penguin Light Me Up" created by Crissy's Digi's. This card

was made for my 9 yr old soon to be 10 birthday in January. He {hearts} penguins 

and always loves when I have penguin images laying around that he can color.

He is colored up using Copic, with some Stickles Rock Candy and Star Dust added to the light bulbs. My sentiment is by Raindrop Echo Retro Bottle Cap Sentiments stamped in SU Red ink and then cut using the Whimsy Stamps Bottle Cap Die .

I did use some pretty Christmas paper by Echo Park This & That, pairing with green polka dot paper by Paper Studio. Pearls using Viva Decor Red Pearl Pen 

Remember, you don't have to use a Whimsy image on your creation to play along with us!
