Isn't this little guy the cutest Dragon you have ever seen? This is the brand new "Birthday Dragon"
from Lia Stampz available in the Whimsy's Store today! My banner and sentiment can be found in the Whimsy store, banner was made using the Whimsy Shapeology dies, then I stamped the "Party Time" sentiment from the Celebration Pennants rubber stamp set. My birthday sentiment is from the Balloon Sentiment collection.
I followed the sketch at Skipping Stone Design challenge SSD #134 for this week!
