For my card today I played with the new Tinker Sassy, and decided to
try a new card fold with a Circle Side Step. She is colored up with Copic Markers, with her wings sprinkled with Sparkly Sweet Glitter.

From your clues, I'd say this is for a 12th anniversary. I love the card you have created - the circle step card is certainly amazing. Not sure I could manage to pull this off anywhere near as well as you have.

I think it's the 3rd. I love your circle side step. I've never seen it. The colors in you card are beautiful. I really like the wings, too.
