Criss-Cross Card for Sweet Stamps

Today begins a new challenge over at Sweet Stamps Challenge

Our theme this week

Criss-Cross Card

We would like to see your take with a Criss-Cross Card

Each week Sweet Stamps has a new challenge and although you are
not required to use Sweet Stamps if you have some we would love for you to use them and you will receive a second entry into our draw.

Our prize each week to one lucky winner is a $20.00 gift certificate to
Sweet Stamp Store for use on any of our lovely rubber stamps.

It has been ages since I have made a Criss-Cross card, I have to say it was fun to go back and try my hand at it once again

I decided to try the Vertical style, here is what I came up with

I just received my order from Sweet Stamps and was excited to see these beautiful paper pads by Authentique (new to the store)
these papers are from the Blissful pack. They really are
gorgeous designs. I inked up Summer Daisy  for my focal image on the belly -band, colored in with Copics

Here is a view with the insert card that has Oopsie Belated Birthday sentiment and decorated
with these beautiful Authentique papers.

View of insert being removed from sleeve.

Hope you will join us and share your Criss-Cross card.

We would love for you to take a minute and visit our challenge blog for more inspiration
from the design team

Beautiful Card Jackie. Love the stamp and sentiment you used. Seems to work perfectly with this type of card. Don't you love those new papers, I picked some up from Stacey at the Westminister, MD show last month and am having a blast with them...
