Picture Inspired Party Time Tuesday

Good Morning and a very Happy Tuesday 

This week at Party Time Tuesday we have a new challenge for you to play along with,

This week our theme is a Picture Inspiration 

Here is my take using this adorable little diver and sea image from Chi Chi Memories 

Thank you Chi Chi Memories for giving me these adorable images to create with, Splash of fun diving  Jordy and Splash of fun sea.

I used my Copics to color both images, added lots of Stardust Stickles for the some water glittered bubbles,

Flower Soft Sand , Queen & Co pearls, Recollection large Glitter drops, flowers and ribbon from my stash.
