Just a Note

OMG - just found this did not publish yesterday
blogger and I must talk ......

Hello everyone, Thank Goodness it is Friday!!!

Not sure what happen this week, but let's just say it been one of those that I am glad Friday is finally here.
Oh but wait a minute now that it's here I do have a little something
to share with you today

Every Friday Stamp Fairy releases a new collection to the shop
and this week's addition is a our own Lenny (Beethoven) Musician

I was feeling like this little guy needed to be more than just a card
so I made a very easy project to showcase him on top of my desk

I created this post it note holder which is very simple to create
Using a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 piece of card stock you will want to score it at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2 to create your easel mat.
Decorate as you wish then create your image mat (can be square, circle or rectangle), as you can see I went with a rectangle then added my oval matted image.

For the pen holder I cut a piece of scrap card stock 2 x2 1/2 and then scored it at 1/2, 1, 1 1/2  and 2. I then used scor tape to secure it to the easel top and bottom mat.

For the post it notes - I cut a piece of press board 3 x3 and covered with cardstock - applied to the base with score tape - then added some removeable tape to the back paper on the note cards - this way I can replace them when needed.

Papers are all from my scrap basket, Recollection gold studs, sentiment is PTI and music note is from Dress it Up (which I colored black with my Copic)

Here's a little peek at what you will find in the shop

Hurry over to the store to be the first play with Lenny Music

Be sure to stop over to the Stamp Fairy Blog for more inspiration
