Hello and a Happy TGIF
Not sure about yours, but this has been one long week for me! Maybe due to the quietness after all the activities from the holidays? Hopefully the weekend will keep pace, so I can get caught up with some much needed house cleaning and some relaxing time in my craft studio.
I am excited to share with you that today is a new release at StampFairy and Gerda has a real cutie she has added to the store family.
You can find her here in the store along with this week's Friday Freebie
Here is my card using this sweet little mermaid
I couldn't help myself but when I saw this sweet little thing I immediately knew she just had to be all sparkly and fun - My background paper is some fun shiny paper from a DCWV paper pack, added a bit of stitching to help add some texture. She is colored up with Copic then sprinkled with Doodlebug Sugar glitter in the blues and purples, the little seaweed is covered in Lime Stickles and for the bubbles I used Doodlebug Glitter Candy Dots (larger ones) and Recollection glitter dots (smaller), my sentiment is a rub on on SN - small circle and scalloped dies. MS fern leaf punch and the last touch was adding Prima Got Flowers with Doodlebug Candy Dot in the center.
I hope you enjoyed my card and be sure to skip on over to the StampFairy Blog to see all the fabulous cards my teamies are sharing using this sweet little gal.
If you are looking for a great challenge and a chance to win some great crafting goodies then be sure to check out StampFairy Challenge Blog as you still have time to enter a card for your chance to win prizes.
