Love is in the Air at Scrap-Creations

Good Morning friends ,

Today is a new challenge over at  Going Grey with Scrap-Creations challenge

"Love is n the Air"

It's hard to believe that Valentines' Day is just around the corner when I just recently packed up all my Christmas decorations this past weekend. I couldn't bring myself to get in gear with all the undoing as it seems I just put it all up.
Such is life......

Today's card is one I am so thrilled with, I really love the soft colors of the pattern papers and tried to keep them with my coloring of the image.
This is Crissy Armstrong collections newly released image Dance of Love, isn't it a gorgeous image? You can find it in the Whimsy Stamps store

This  beautiful pattern paper is from Making Memories Love Struck, matted on Bazzil bling paper and SU Blush Blossom card stock. I use my Copic to tint my flowers to coordinate with the colors in the paper, then sprayed them with Pearl Angel Mist, for the image I added Stickles Stardust for the body and Fruit punch and Pink to the saddle. My sentiment is a SU stamp, to finish off my card I added half pearls in the four corners from a Recollection sheet.

This makes a lovely card for Valentines or an Anniversary. I didn't think about this before I allowed the card to be spoken for as it would of worked for my card to my husband as we are celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary this Saturday. Yes he is the of love of a lifetime for me, obviously after so many years together. So I guess I better craft a card for him, since he is so supported of my addiction with my crafts.

I hope you will join us this week, we would love to see your take of  the challenge "Love is n the Air".
Please stop over to the Scrap-Creations to see the wonderful cards my teamies are sharing for our challenge this week.

Hugs and Warm Wishes for a beautiful week'
