Sweet Sketch Wednesday with Digi Stamp Boutique

Hello and a Happy Wednesday

Hope your week is going smoothly for you, so far mine has been good but a bit busy, so it going by a little fast for me . Not that I am complaining :) I am looking forward to Friday evening as all the grandsons will be coming over to get crafty with their grandma. (well maybe not the 19 yr old, but he will no doubt show up for the food and candy). I have four Halloween Boo projects for each of them to make (a couple will have their mom's help). My six year old loves to come over and craft, he asked if he could come over to make somethings for his teacher, so we decided to make it a  family nite with pizza and homemade cookies and watching the boys as they make some fun projects that they can make to give to their teacher, friends or neighbors as a Halloween treat.

Now  to tell you about the  fabulous sketch  we have this week at Sweet Sketch Wednesday and a our favorite monthly sponsor Digi Stamp Boutique is with us again with some wonderful prizes.

By playing along with us this week you will have a chance to win 6 free digi images from the

For my card this week I chose to play with Chloe and her Snowballs from Digi Stamp Boutique. One of the perks of being part of the design team is the wonderful opportunity to create with new stamps from our sponsors. I always have a hard time picking an image to create with as Digi Stamp Boutique has so many cute and fun images to chose from, it's so hard to pick just one. You can find Chloe here in the store

For my design paper, this is from a couple of years ago Bo-Bunny winter collection which I layered with PTI Spring Rain and Ripe Avocado, used my swirl Cuttlebug folder, and some ribbon, brad and charm from my stash drawers, SU sentiment. I colored her up with my Copic and  gave the background a try using my Copic with air can, then used a white gel pen to add then dot through out the background for the look of snow. I am hoping that with practice my skills with the air brushing will come easier, this was not as easy as I thought it would be. . I used some MS coarse glitter for the snow and snow balls.

Well I hope you will join us this week, as Arlana's sketch is really a great one to create with. Now be sure to stop over to Sweet Sketch Wednesday as the ladies have some amazing cards to share with you today. Don't forget to leave them a comment as we all love to hear from you.

Hope you have a fun filled crafty day

Oh Jackie, I just fell in love with your card when I saw it on SBS. It is just precious! I love how you used the air can. It really gives it a nice effect. I have been wanting to get an air gun. It is one of the things that is on my want list...maybe one day. Anyway, your DP and added snowflake adds the perfect finshing touch! Beautiful job!

So adorable! I just love Chloe! Your green and blue color combo is so striking. I love all the swirls, embossing and the added silver ribbon, snowflake and pearls. I especially love how your colored the sky! It adds so much to the image! You have really been busy with all you other new cards too! They are fabulous! Not sure how you do it! I am still trying to play catch up after being gone a month!
