Today, I am sharing with you my DT card for Going Grey with Scrap-Creations new challenge "Back to School".
Yeap it's time to start shopping for school supplies and clothes, as school begins next week for all the kiddos around here. I have all of my shopping for Hunter done and now we are working on getting him in bed at a decent hour (not a fun chore so far). After having my first whole summer off I am so ready for school to start back up. heehee!
Our sponsor for this week is the Fabulous Digital Delight by Louby Loo, Wendy's store is a magical place filled with little digi creations from all walks of life. If you haven't been over to visit her, please stop by as she has a store full of adorable critters. She also is having a 50% off sale of summer delights this week, that you will not want to miss.
Ok, on to my card for this fun challenge. I took it easy this week and used a fabulous pre-colored image from Digital Delight by Louby Loo store. It was the perfect image for our challenge theme and the sentiment is a freebie Wendy is offering for a limited time.
Is this cute or what! I followed the sketch #114 from this week's challenge at Friday Sketcher challenge blog, using the beautiful papers from Basic Grey's Oliver collection, PTI Echanted Evening and Ripe Avocado cardstock, Echanted Evening ribbon and Lime green from my ribbon drawer, brads are Making Memory, tag was distressed with SU Blue Bayou.
I hope you join us this week at Going Grey with Scrap-Creations, we would love to see your Back to School creations.
