Happy Spring

Good morning and a Happy Tuesday!

I haven't been too productive the last few days with all the activities this weekend with my 17 year old grandson and then having the wonderful pleasure of playing all day yesterday with the baby grandson. So today I have dedicated it is my time for my craft room, the heck with the laundry, the dusting and the sweeping it will just have to wait till tomorrow. I bet it will wait and will be there for me too! ha ha!

So after the baby and his parents left last evening, I did sneak downstairs and was able to finish up this card I want to share with you.

I have been neglecting my stamps for quite a while so last week I went through some of my stamp drawers and inked up a few of them hoping this would inspire me to show them some love with coloring and creating some projects with them. So going forward, my plan is to share a few of my stamps with you over the next few weeks.

Happy Spring - is finally on it's way, even if Mother Nature has been teasing us lately with a little sunshine here and then a bit of rain. But, as they say April showers brings those May flowers. I think this is the second time this stamp has been inked up (I know shame on me). This is Lavender Bouquet #1050  and it is truly a very sweet image and it sure reminds me of Spring.  I started with Elegant Eggplant cardstock and followed the sketch from Crafty Sentiment for this week's challenge, I layered with DP from Basic Grey Wisteria collection, colored the image with Copic E00, E02, E31, E33, E34, YR00, BV00, V12, G21,YG03, G07 added a bit of dazzling diamonds to the flowers, lace is from my stash and corner bling are from Basic Grey, Prima E line Vintage flower with rose buds, MS leaf punch and pearl sticks from HL. Sentiment stamp is from Hero Arts.

Challenges entered:
Crafty SentimentsChallenge - sketch and use flowers

Have a FABULOUS day and I will be back with more to share once I come up from my stamp room.

Hugs
