Snowflakes to Cherish

Hi there, Happy Monday to you, today I have two projects to share (so be sure to scroll down)to see both of my items. Both of my items are for KLSNS Snowflake Challenge. My first item is this darling little suitcase that altered,I found this at Hobby Lobby and knew immediately what I was going to attempt to make with it.



The image is one I received in a card kit which had extra images included, I colored two of the images and popped them on top of each other to give some depth to the little Maggie. She is layered on top of a glitter plastic Snowflake (I found at our local dollar store) and SU die cut. I then added another large snowflake and top it with a smaller snowflake that I punched with the MS snowflake punch out of a glitter scrap I found. All three of the flowers are topped with the same glittered snowflake and added a little bling for the middle. I think now I should of added a white snowflake between the two as it would of helped to pop the snowflake (always see these little things after I make something.) I added some green ribbon around the rim and topped with some pearls,added ribbon to the handle. The sentiment and hardware is SU.

My card below is from the original card kit, so I am not sure where the paper is from,I add some additional snowflake, red glass drops for the corners and red ribbon.
