Whimsy Stamps Sneak Peek Day 4

Good Morning are you ready to see the last peek at some of the new rubber stamps and dies that will be release tomorrow at Whimsy Stamps?

Today is our choice of artist to showcase and I have a card using

the new Spring Letter Seals by Raindrop Echo Designs

I am really lovin these stamps so many possibilities with them as I have shown a couple of them in the past couple of days.

Today is all about using the stamp as my focal point -

I stamped the seal on PTI - Sweet Blush card stock using SU Regal Rose ink then embossed with Crystal Clear embossing powder

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to Whimsy Stamps January digi release blog hop!!

I am so excited to be part of Whimsy's digital design team along with posting my first post on this fantastic blog hop!!

We have Lots of new images to share with you today. New released images created by Crissy, Ann and Meljen's Design Collection.

We also are sharing some beautiful Pre-Colored images designed by Melissa Jenkins, this are great for making those quick cards.

Today for my first DT card I have used Meljen's Designs "Loving Ewe" and "Sweet Lace Heart"

I have use some yummy papers by Bo-Bunny - Crazy Love Fudge & Flowers, paired with PTI Chocolate Brown and SU Blush Blossom.

Here you can see a close up of how I paper pieced this sweet little lamb and then layer him on to my circle base.

Here is a close up of Sweet Lace Heart reduced to become an embellishment on my card. Stamped with an SU sentiment, edges colored with my Copic, then covered with Stardust Stickles

I then finished my inside of my card with Meljen's Designs

Sharing some wonderful news!

Hello friends

I know lots of post today, but I have been wanting to share some wonderful news I received on Saturday. I know unlike me to keep quiet and not share with everyone!! LOL!

I received an invite on Saturday to join the Whimsy Stamp digital deisgn team!!
Of course after picking myself off the floor and then bouncing from wall to wall (my dancing skills are not the best) I am officially a Whimsy Stamp DT member!!!  

I am just over the moon with excitement and this Thursday Jan 6th, I will share my first Whimsy Stamps DT card with you!! 

Whimsy Stamps is having  a LOVE blog hop and will be featuring new releases so mark those calendars and come join us as we share the love from blog to blog!!

Oh, there are going to be some hidden prizes along the hop, so who can pass up an opportunity to win some free digis!!

Going Grey with Scrap -Creations Challenge SUMMER

Going Grey with Scrap-Creations is extending our SUMMER challenge for another week.

After a busy week with the holidays we wanted to allow you more time to create those SUMMER theme creations.

One lucky winner will win a $15 GC to Whimsy Stamps, simply by playing along with a Summer theme card or project,

Here is my Summer theme card for this week

using a new image from a new company Kenny K downloads.

SU Barley Banana card stock, Basic Grey papers from the Origins paper pack, this pack just screams Summer to me. Image is cut with a Making Memory oval cutter, SU corner punch and corner rounder, SU brads, Clear and Silver gelly pens, Copic- E00,E02,E31,E37, E69, Y21,Y15,Y11, G07

For my card I used Meljen's Designs  Happy Little Gnome which you can find at Whimsy Stamps, I paired him up with some beautiful papers from BG Origins paper pack, added Prisma flowers, pearls and PTI sentiment from Fillable Frames #4. Card stock is PTI  Lemon Tart and SU Chocolate Chip, Lime Green, Stardust Stickles.  Copic used YG23,Y21,Y15,E3,E00,E02

Special card for Jayme

Hi

I have a special card to share that I made for a blogger friend's sister. Lisa is holding a special event "Cheery RAK" for her sister Jayme, you can read Jayme's story here. I will be mailing this card out tomorrow to Jayme and hope it will bring her a bit of sunshine.

This adorable image was created by Crissy Armstrong  and she is called "Beach Baby Jayme" in honor of Jayme.

For the card I used PTI Ripe Avocado, Pure Poppy and Spring rain, DP is PTI new Beautiful Blooms, the sketch is Sketch and Stash challenge sketch, added PTI Pure Poppy Saddle Stitch ribbon, glitter domes, flowers are from stash, computer generated sentiment and then finished with Glimmer Mist for a sparkly finish.
