I have been a follower, admirer, you might even say stalker of Lindsay's sassy images
for quite a few years. I finally applied for their recent design call and was thrilled
when I received invite to join this team of oh so talented gals!!

This week our Challenge # 145 theme is
"Think Pink"
It's October and it's Breast Cancer Awareness
so what better way to support our girls
then to create with a favorite color!!
I used Pink Ribbon sassy gal for my card today along with a sentiment that was offered as a freebie
on SSD PCP page last week!
This is for my daughter who is a survivor - I can't think of anything more horrendous then when your child tells you she has been diagnosis with Breast Cancer at the young age of 32 years.
But she is a fighter and for this I am so grateful!!
She posted this on her facebook yesterday
"7 years ago today, I went under the knife to remove a disease that wanted to challenge and battle me! That was a battle I am proud to say I WON!!! Today, I'm 7yrs clean and am a 7 yr.SURVIVOR of Breast Cancer!!!! Praise God!"
I know many of us have had some dealings with this horrible disease among our family and friends!
Not all have been as fortunate as my daughter, I hope someday they will find a cure!
