Here is my card using a sweet image by Lee 

called Girl with Balloons

I couldn't resist going with a Clean N Simple card with this cutie!!

No need for all the added layers and embellishment when an image is this cute right!!

I used some scraps of Echo Park paper, yellow washi tape and then candy dots.

Sentiment is a rubber stamp that was stamped with Memento Black Ink
