I picked this adorable image called
Girl Teddy Hugs 

I decided she was just perfect for a sweet birthday card for a little girl!

I paired her up with some fun papers I had in my scrap basket.

Flowers were handmade using embossing punch then

I add a small yellow flower button and twine
