Wax Paper Resist with Sweet Stamps

Happy Friday!!

Come join our monthly challenge over on the Sweet Stamps challenge blog! We have a fun theme this month  using the  Wax Paper Resist Technique.

For my card I used a Cuttlebug folder and distress ink  with the wax paper to create a beautiful background
There are a few variations for this technique , you can check out these awesome tutorials: crumpled wax paper resist background, creating a wax paper resist with embossing folders

I used a wonderful sentiment stamp "This is the Day" #928  as my focal image, keeping with a simple design to show case my background.

Come Join us for this challenge and your chance to win $20 of rubber stamps from SweetStamps.com

Love the soft pink color on your wax resist background and the brighter red accents along with the flower and polka dot DP.
