This week we are looking for Things with Wings!!

Our featured artist this week is Lia Stampz, you can find a huge selection of Lia's Digital images in the Whimsy Store!!

Today I am sharing one of her new images for the June Release called - "I am Blue"

Now this sweet little birdie is adorable, don't you think?

I cut a second flower and popped it up with a pop dot for a little dimension, added a little bit of Star Dust Stickles and a Gem in the middle. My pennant flag is by Raindrop Echo "Happy Things Pennant" which you can find as well in the Whimsy Stamps Store
