As I sit here writing up this post I can't help but think about all of the things that I am blessed with. My children, my grandchildren, my health, my husband. As I prepare for our Thanksgiving gathering, I am so thankful to be blessed with my loving family and think back to the past Thanksgivings we have shared as we gather together to enjoy a very blessed table filled with food. It has always been a request of mine that my children are together as one on this day. As they grow and their own families grow it begins to be more of a challenge with schedules to get us all together. I am very thankful and blessed that my kids know how important this is to me and manage to adjust their lives to give me this blessing each year. As we gather today, I will be saying my thanks for my happy, loud loving family and all this wonderful food we are blessed to have.
