The month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Here at Jens Digi Stamps we want to recognize the 2.5 million women who survived breast cancer, Honor those that are standing up right now and Fighting Like a Girl we support you !

About 1 in 8 women in the United States (12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of her lifetime.
The most significant risk factors for breast cancer are gender (being a woman) and age (growing older).

I have two cards to share with you today,
My first card is in honor of my 37 year old daughter who was diagnosis with aggressive Breast Cancer at the young age of 31 years old. A single mother to two young boys, that courageously fought this battle
as any girl would.
In honor of her 6 year anniversary of being Cancer Free just last week
I made this card just for her.
She is very proud to show off her "girls" as she calls them after going through many surgeries
to replace her breast that were removed. She proudly wears a shirt
that reads "Yes they are Fake- My real ones tried to kill me"
hence my sentiment for my card!

Congrats to your daughter and to your beautiful card you made for here. Also love the other card with the cancer ribbon as the butterfly body. This blog hop is awesome and emotional as everyone has been affected by cancer one way or another. Lost my mom 14 years ago and miss her. My friend at work just finished her last radiation treatment last week and is looking forward to her reconstruction surgery. TFS
