This card just flowed together for me, using these fun papers from DCWV I pieced two together for my base and since I was thinking ahead I was actually able to cut it correctly so that the lace border acted as part of the sketch :) I add strips of cream pearls to help feature the border area. I colored up one of my favorite

Lenny Cupcake images, added lots of glitter - what's a birthday without the sparkle?

Did a little hand stitching around the image and added my sentiment - Whimsy Stamps mini Letter Seals and there you go - My card!
