Crayon Resist with Tuesday Morning Sketches

Hello,  I have a fabulous challenge to share with you today!

Tuesday Morning Sketches has a judged challenge each month and this is our week'

for this special judged challenge.

We have a fun technique for you to play along with and I have to admit this was my

first attempt at this technique and once again I found another one that will be

one I do more often - it's a good thing to wander out of your comfort zone! :)

Our technique for this week is

Crayon Resist

SplitcoastStampers and Gina K Stamp TV both have great tutorial

for Crayon Resist. I followed the one on SCS and it was very easy

For my card I used this fun stamp by Kenny K called "Super Mom"

I colored her in with Copics then using a white crayon I colored over the areas that I had colored.  Using SU Sky Blue I sponged around the image, then took a cloth and buffed the image to remove the crayon

 DP is Basic Grey Sweet Threads, my rosette was made using  a die from the The Cat's Pajamas, SB Label die, MS border punch, Zva pearls
