Show us your green at Stamp Fairy Challenge blog

Happy Monday

Hope you had a great weekend, mine was good. We celebrated my grandson's 18th birthday having dinner with the family. He will be having a big party on the 1st of April as his girlfriend will be turning 16th on the 10th so they will be celebrating together with one big luau!
It should be a lot of fun for everyone, they have invited about 20 kids who all  have Special Needs. They all are a great bunch of kids, whom they have met through the Local Special Olympics events they both are involved in. Always so fun to be around them, never a dull moment with lots of smile and laughs. Now to come up with a design for a treat bag or box as they want to give all the kids attending a small treat for coming to celebrate with them.

The weather was beautiful here over the weekend, Saturday I actually spent some time outside picking up around the yard and then cleaning the inside and out of my Van - now that was a job after not cleaning all winter. Yikes!!! note to self - at least next winter, get it washed once during the three months - Whew I didn't think I would ever get the grime off the windows .... wonder how I really seen where I was going teehehee.

Today is a new challenge at Stamp Fairy Challenge blog and this week's challenge is all about the GREEN
not necessarily St Patrick's green just some green on your project.

Here is what I came up with using Good Luck Willy
you can find him here in the store

This was my first attempt making a pop up card, it was fun and I thought this little guy was perfect for this with the look of surprise or worry on his little face.
I used some fun design paper from Deja Views - Lucky Days for the base, added some Gold Stickles to the horseshoe and then ribbon for the tag and base from my stash. Willy is colored with Copics (C1, C3, R20,RV21, YG13)

Well take a moment and stop by the blog, my design team sisters have really gone all out with showing off their green with some fabulous creations.

Gerda is also releasing a new set of images today and these little gals are just too cute and ready for summer
Oh I think most of us are right there with them.

you can find Patsy Beach Time here in the store

Thanks for visiting, I will be back shortly with another post that I am sure you will not want to miss
Thanks for visiting!!
