Fairy Tales do come True at Scrap-Creations

Hi friends

This is my second post for the day
please go here for my post for Sweet Stamps

Oh we have a fun challenge for you this week at Going Grey with Scrap- Creations and a fabulous sponsor as well -

This week our challenge is Fairy Tales Do Come True, so we want to see your projects that portrays a fairy tale . Fun you bet it is!

Our fabulous sponsor for this week's challenge is

Melissa was so very kind and generous to allow the design team to chose an image to
create our card with.

Now I have to explain, as I am not sure what I was thinking when I was picking my images except that I was very busy drooling over all the cute images to chose from and these tea cups just  jumped out at me.

I love my card after making it then thought Oh NO!! Fairy Tales how is my tea cups going to fit in with our theme?

Here is the inside of my card

So did I pull it off with the Fairy Tales theme?

As I was designing my card, these fun and funky papers jumped out at me as I was thinking the Mad Hatter and Alice having their tea party, but then I got stuck with a sentiment LOL!!
So after much thought (LOL) this is what Works for me!

Not sure who the papers are from as I have had them in my bin for a while and they were all cut 6x6 but I love the wild and fun colors, image is colored with Copics, sentiment is computer generated, flower created with scrap papers and scor-pal, PTI buttons and Baker's twine.

Now be sure to swing over to Scrap-Creations to be inspired by my design team sisters. they do have some very sweet Fairy Tales to share.

Thanks for stopping by
Hugs

Hi Jacki =) What a great card! LOVE the teacups and LOVE that accordian flower you added! I once got to make a tea party cake for a Mad Hatter's Birthday Party for a young girl once. I used fondant to make a table cloth draped over the main cake and then made teacups and mini tea-cakes (cupcakes) for the top. I think it was a "NON birthday" birthday party, LOL. Fun fun! =)
