Critter Sketch Challenge # 32 is a Color Challenge

Happy Monday, don't know about yours but my weekend just flew by too fast for me! Didn't get much accomplished as far as craftin this weekend as I would of like too and needed too, but I did manage to get the task of cleaning and reorganizing my room done. It's amazing what you find you have when you start to organize, I came across some great stash that I totally forgot I bought, Gotta love finding things you don't remember having let alone buying. Guess that means I buy more than I really need. LOL!

Okay, on to today's challenge over on the Critter Sketch Challenge blog, we are at week #32 yikes!! does that mean their is less than 20 weeks until Christmas is here???. Melanie has given our team a great challenge and it is a Color Challenge which are always fun, but she has thrown in a little twist with this color challenge. She wants to see projects using Neutral colors like cream, brown beige, and  tan that kind of neutral, Now here is the kicker, NO color and NO black and white combos.

Well to be truthful, I am not sure my card follows those rules to the T, yep if you notice, I did pretty well until I picked up the red Copic for his scarf and then I think I went color blind with the fish :). Looks a bit like I threw in a green and a not sure what that mustard color is..... But it is a cute image isn't he?

Oh now my Chocolate Chip brown might be questionable there too now that I look at the picture. Umm sorry Melanie, for not following the rules completely!!!  Did you notice the two different embossing textures on the card? Well guess where those came from, those are two of Tim Holtz's newer embossing folders by Sizzix that I must of purchased and totally forgot I did because I just found them when I was cleaning and organizing. One is the wood grain and the other is the bricks, Gee and I have been wanting to pick up the brick one but haven't been able to find it in any of my local shopping stores. Oh this love of crafting I have, is starting to look more and more like an addiction. (insert my giggle here). Oh I know, the first step is admitting you have an addiction. :)

Now it's your turn, to share your Neutral Color project with the team. Remember Sew Many Cards is our Sponsor this month and one lucky person will win some free images from their store. Oh and they have some really cute ones just waiting  to be played with. Swing on over to Critter Sketch Challenge blog for some more yummy eye candy the design team is sharing!! Be sure to leave them some love as they all have done a fabulous job with their projects this week.

Thanks for visiting, I love to see you and love reading your comments too.

Have a wonderful crafty day, I am hoping that I will be able to spend some time craftin too.
Hugs
Jacki
