A brand new week and a brand new challenge at the Critter Sketch Challenge Blog!
Did you have a fabulous weekend? I totally enjoyed mine, Saturday was Awards Day for Hunter's baseball team, then we went out to lunch and did a little shopping, later in the evening we went to a Carnival at one of the local churches. Hunter enjoyed riding some of the rides and playing a few of the games ($40 blown in less then 2 hours) but the best was I got my Holy donuts!!! Oh my goodness these are the best donuts and they only make them during this carnival and then in mid August for our county fair!!! So I had to get my fix and even brought extras to bring home for breakfast yesterday morning mmmmm!!! So tasty!

For my card layout I used an older sketch from Sketch and Stash #35, card base is PTI Raspberry Fizz, Basic Grey design paper from the June Bug pack, Robyn Fetish's image Waking Up Birdie, May Arts gingham ribbon, other ribbon is from Michael's, SU sentiment, BG half pearls, stickles - Black, Stardust and Waterfall.

I like the choices you've made on the different DP's on this. It looks very country and homey to me, which goes right along with this little sweet bird and his home. Lovely card!
